Scope of Services
We provide customized digital marketing and graphic design services as per the agreed brief. The final scope, timelines, and deliverables will be discussed and confirmed prior to project initiation. Any modifications requested after confirmation may attract additional charges and revised timelines.
Payment Terms
A minimum of 70% advance is required before starting any project.
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion or as per agreed milestones.
All payments made are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Refund on Client Cancellations: Once a project has commenced, no refund will be issued if the project is cancelled by the client for any reason.
Delayed Projects: If a project is delayed due to non-response, missing content, or lack of approvals from the client's side for more than 6 months, the project will be marked as cancelled.
To restart such a project, the client must pay the full project amount again.
Lotus Digital House reserves the right to cancel or suspend any project due to non-payment, lack of cooperation, or breach of agreement.
Project Timelines
We aim to meet agreed deadlines, but client cooperation is essential. Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback or content) may push timelines forward. No compensation or liability will be accepted for delays due to client-side issues.
Revisions
Each project includes a limited number of revisions, as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions will be chargeable at a rate agreed upon before execution.
Intellectual Property Rights
Final deliverables will be shared only after full payment is received.
All concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of Lotus Digital House unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.
Limitation of Liability
Lotus Digital House is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales, or traffic improvements.
Applicability of Terms
These Terms & Conditions are automatically applicable to any person, client, company, or organization that enters into a business relationship with Lotus Digital House-whether or not a formal agreement has been signed.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
